Shipping Estimates
Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 4:00 PM Central European Time (CET) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
Processing Times for Shipping
All orders are processed within one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Shipping costs for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
Delivery Times
Subject to order confirmation and credit approval, orders should arrive as indicated above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is only an estimate and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date. Zenara reserves the right to ship packages using other shipping methods depending on the destination, as long as the orders arrive within the specified arrival times.
Packages are delivered Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You will also be asked to provide an email address where we will send a confirmation that your order has been placed and shipped.
Damages
SIXTOX is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
